Local Hub is a multi-brand fashion marketplace based in El Sheikh Zayed, Egypt, offering clothing, bags, and accessories from local Egyptian designers and brands. Our Site features products sold directly by us and by third-party vendors registered on our platform.

- All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Product descriptions, images, and colors are provided for reference. Slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings or production batches.
- We make every effort to ensure product availability, but we reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
- Prices, promotions, and discounts are subject to change without notice. Promotional codes are subject to specific terms and expiration dates.
- In the event of a pricing or description error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
5. Orders and Payment
- By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms.
- Your order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
- Payment must be completed at the time of placing the order through the payment methods available on the Site.
- All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
- We reserve the right to verify the authenticity of any transaction before shipping.

All returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Vendor Marketplace
Local Hub operates as a multi-vendor marketplace. Some products are sold by third-party vendors registered on our platform. In such cases:
- The vendor is the seller of record for the product.
- Product quality, accuracy of description, and compliance with applicable laws are the responsibility of the vendor.
- Local Hub facilitates the transaction and provides support but does not manufacture all products sold on the Site.
- Our Refund Policy applies uniformly across all products sold on the Site.
If you are a vendor, additional vendor-specific terms apply and will be provided during registration.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, product photography, brand names, designs, and the LocalHub Magazine content, is the property of Local Hub, its vendors, or licensed contributors, and is protected under Egyptian and international intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content from the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
10. User Conduct
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, accounts, or systems.
- Use the Site to distribute spam, viruses, or harmful code.

- Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or a purchase shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
- We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, courier delays, or acts of government.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Local Hub, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
