1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across Egypt. Orders are dispatched from our hub in El Sheikh Zayed, Giza, through trusted courier partners.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During peak seasons, sale events, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you if any significant delay is expected.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days, depending on your location and the courier’s schedule.
Please note:
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Remote areas may require additional delivery time.
- Delays caused by courier providers, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen events are beyond our control.
4. Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
- Fees are displayed clearly before you complete your order.
- Promotional free-shipping offers, when available, will be noted on the Site and applied automatically at checkout when eligibility criteria are met.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message containing tracking information (where available) so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

6. Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will typically make up to two delivery attempts at the address provided.
- Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address during working hours to receive the order.
- If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
7. Inspection Upon Delivery
We encourage you to inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
- Please double-check your shipping address, phone number, and contact details before completing your order.
- Local Hub is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If you notice an error in your shipping details after placing the order, contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the information before the order is dispatched, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been shipped.
9. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with our courier partner. While we are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, we will do our utmost to help locate your order or find a suitable resolution.
